Home Style Macaroni Salad

Across the world this salad is known under a variety of names, but only in the USA does this salad have such a cult following. A variety of bell peppers, freshly chopped celery and onions, salt and pepper mixed with Zina’s cool dressing. Try a different variation, eat it the Puerto Rican way and add canned tuna for a heartier dish.
