Reduced Fat Macaroni Salad

We start with pasta cooked “al dente,” Italian style. A variety of bell peppers, freshly chopped celery and onions, salt and pepper mixed with Zina’s cool dressing. Try it with shredded vegetables, or with a number of meat and poultry dishes.
