Odessa Salad

We roast the veggies before we hand mix this salad which gives it a nice sweetness. This spread works as a delicious appetizer on bread or crackers. Makes for a tasty spread for sandwiches as well.
Ingredients: Eggplant, red roasted peppers, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, tomato, sugar, garlic, oil, 1/10 of 1% of Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate to keep freshness
